 Why do I need to register?

It's easy and it opens the door to all the fun on ZELZAZERO.COM. Once you register, you can start shopping, saving your favorites, sharing with friends and giving your feedback. It's the one thing you need to do to access the ZELZAZERO.COM community's great features.

 

How do I register?

It's super easy. All you have to do is complete our quick and easy registration form. Once you submit the form, we'll send a Confirmation Email that contains a link to activate your account.

 

What is a Confirmation Email?

It's an email sent to new members wanting to join the ZELZAZERO.COM community who have successfully completed the Registration page. The email asks you to click on the provided link so we can activate your account. Once you do that, you will see a message confirming that you're now a member of the ZELZAZERO.COM community.

 

How do I log in?

Simply enter your Username and Password to log in to ZELZAZERO.COM.

 

What does "remember me" do?

Clicking on "remember me" lets your computer remember your sign-in info for 7 days so you don't have to re-enter your Username and Password. Your Password will be saved until you log out, even if you disconnect from the Internet, close your browser, or turn off your computer. For security purposes, your password is automatically encrypted when you log in.

 

What do I do if I forget my password?

Return to the Log In page and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll then send you an email containing a link that will allow you to change your password.

 

What do I do if I want to change my password?

If you're already logged in, then click on "My ZELZAZERO.COM" from the navigation found at the top of every page and then enter the Account Info page. The Account Info page allows you to change your password.

 

What is the Purchases page?

This is where we help you keep track of everything you've ordered on ZELZAZERO.COM. Check your order status, contact the seller, leave feedback and see a receipt record of everything you've bought.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are securely processed through our payment portal. ZELZAZERO.COM does not have access to any credit card information. The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

 

Terms of Sale

Prices and item specifications are subject to change without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance by ZELZAZERO.COM.  Currently we do not allow rush orders. ZELZAZERO.COM will make every effort to ship your order in its entirety. However, if for some reason we are unable to do so, a customer service representative will contact you. Orders received prior to Noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) will ship in 3 to 5 business days.  Orders received after Noon EST will ship in 4 to 7 business days.  Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our Shipping department with tracking information. For product returns please contact us at service@zelzazero.com.  Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, return freight paid by the customer, and the product must be less than 45 days old.

 

Sales Tax & Exempt Information

ZELZAZERO.COM automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders that are delivered to addresses.  If you are a Tax Exempt organization, you must provide the Tax Exempt Certificate after your initial purchase.  ZELZAZERO.COM will verify all Tax Exempt Identification number so future orders will not be taxed.

 

Shipping Methods

ZELZAZERO.COM offers a variety of shipping options through:

FedEx Ground /2-Day / Standard Overnight / Priority Overnight

UPS Ground /2-Day / Standard Overnight / Priority Overnight

US Post Office Track-able Service Only.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. FedEx cannot deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes, but they will deliver to most United States Rural Routes. We do not ship on Saturdays, standard business days only (Monday-Friday).  We also do not ship on official United States holidays.
